Local Support-Midwest provides unlimited telephone support for every laser that they sell, as well as visits to your location when you need them. You cannot expect that kind of service from a company across the country.
Preventative Maintenance- you can set up preventative maintenance visits with Midwest Laser to keep your machine in tip top condition.
Emergency Service Visits- when you count on your machine to produce your products you cannot afford your machine to be down. Midwest Laser has been servicing these lasers since 1998 and they are available on-site emergency service visits.
